If you ever become separated during the course of play, you can easily teleport to anyone in your party by teleporting back to the region’s hub city by pressing down on the d-pad on the controller, then you can search for the player’s portal in the town square that you’d like to rejoin. They’ll get a notification that they’ve been invited and can join your game.Īnd there you have it! Now you can play alongside your friends. To invite them to your game, just click on their profile from the menu and select Invite to Party from the actions menu. Once they’ve accepted your request, you’ll see their BattleTag show up in your friends list on the social menu. Enter the BattleTag of the person you’d like to play with into the search bar and press the Send Request button to send a friend request to that person. Alternatively, if you know the email associated with your BattleNet account, they can use that instead. You can use this to tell your friends the username they’ll need to connect with if you don’t already know your BattleTag. To add someone to your friends list from outside your platform, you’ll need to press the Add a Friend button found at the bottom right-hand corner of the Social Menu.įrom there, a popup will reveal your own BattleTag, which is your username on BattleNet.
